Friends Whenever
An "injured" Gale is nursed back to "health" with some help from her old friends. Without the all-powerful crown, and accompanying army of piggies, the flock can finally get back to the way things were in the good old days! Right?
First of all, what's with that Gale slander in the description? 'An "injured" Gale' What's with the quotation marks? There's a whole ass crack running down her skull!
This episode confirms that, like the pigs back on Piggy Island, Golden Island's pigs only recognize the crown, not the person wearing it. The sole exception, however, is Handsome Pig, for obvious reasons.
It's neat seeing Gale interacting with the flock after so long. However, I still have one gripe with this episode, one that I've repeated ad nauseum in these commentaries: would be better if Angry Birds Stella had more than 6 minutes per episode. The rest of the flock is a little too quick to forgive Gale because we need the episode to happen NOW, and then Gale basically immediately leaves because we need status quo to return NOW.
