It includes new information regarding Stella, her flock, and Gale such as facts, likes, and their personalities.

The first and only installment of Angry Birds Stella Super Interactive Annual, as Angry Birds Stella only ran for roughly a year. :(
Unfortunately, what I've shown here isn't the complete book, it's only the character introductions, as the gallery page on the Fandom Wiki only shows the AR minigames, and not the pages themselves. The screenshots here were taken from each of the respective character's galleries pages, posted by PrinceGoldenGale, so shoutouts to them.
As for the character introductions, there's nothing I haven't covered in the introductions I've written on this site, except for that of the pigs. Apparently, the piggies that currently inhabit Golden Island are exiles from Piggy Island. However, it is still unknown if the ancient piggies featured in the Golden Egg's book were also exiles from Pig City, if Pig City even existed back then.
