Golden Island is prosperous and peaceful, and the flock has moved on to their own passions and hobbies...until one day, Golden Island's volcano erupts. Commentary:
The very first fan-made Angry Birds Stella story I've ever stumbled across.
It's a comic drawn with coloured pencils, taking place several years after Angry Birds Stella, with a darker tone, of course! As you may have read from the description, the volcano has erupted, and thus Stella return to check up on her friends. However, there's more going on in Golden Island than Stella originally thought...
...except, we don't get to see much. The author, JayBrylls, has been inactive since July 25th 2022. As a result, we only get to see very little of the story.
Stella goes to Golden Island after hearing news of the volcano erupting, then she gets attacked by pigs, before being saved by some guy in a bush costume(Possibly Willow?). That's about it.
Like Angry Birds Stella, the comic barely got started, only to be abruptly paused. I know nothing about what the story's going for, what it's themes are, or even where the plot would go beyond the opening. I mean, judging from "Fool's Gold: Before The Present", we may learn about the character's whereabouts, and what Gale's been up to, but that's about all I know.
Quite a shame, I feel like Fool's Gold would've at least been a decent read.
