The Leech Swarm

I had this other dream of mine, which interruped my Sonic Expedition dream, but began at home until i pulled something red and dark purple out, which was a leech parasite, and it made a small dent in my skin. More and more kept appearing and I was getting scared, but that's when I met Sonic and he offered to get me to a hospital.

As I was on his back, these little parasites kept appearing more and more and actually formed this big lump of fleshy red and purple that was chasing us. I fell off his back and ended up being consumed by the swarm, and Sonic couldn't do anything aside from look and stare, and almost throw up as he had to flee.
And then cut to me waking up.
