Not Even Trespassing

I was threatened at gunpoint because I apparently was trespassing on this lady's house when I'm just walking home. She told me to stay where I was and to look at the dog, in which she almost shot me but she caught someone else walking by. I was about to run till she looked back at me and pointed the gun at my head and said for me to take off my mask, and that she's suing me in court. I told her I had zero money, and I'm just walking home from college. I wanted no trouble. I was almost on my knees till she had this random idea to take out one of the bullets in the ammo pack in her gun. She told the same stuff to the other guy, but she wasn't kind to him.
While she had her back, I decided to run up and tackle her and try to pry her gun away. She tried shooting me, which she did and I got shot on the left hand, but I still managed to pin her down and take her gun away. I told the other guy to call 911 and moved her gun aside.
I had a bleeding hand but I still managed to keep the lady pinned down.
