Arm Neutralizer

I was in the passenger seat of a car that had no driver and was going really fast. It crashed in some guy's house while I was just standing in shock, yards away from the crash. The cops came and they put some sort of arm band that injected some sort of thing that felt like I didn't have any arms anymore and wanted me to be in a picture with a bunch of other people with these neutralizer arm bands.
