Hotfixes

• Happiness for first two years shall now drop even slower to make earlygame less painful.
• Due to some issues after game refresh and upcoming changes a top bar made by me is deleted and replaced with default one.
• Fisher's Line fishing mode has been nerfed.
• Made coordination tech appear later ingame.
• Added nice quotes for more techs, traits as CC has.
• Wizard wisdom description changed to make players not confused about unused archaic wizard unit.
• Policies shall unlock sooner on earlygame.
